A Reset for Body, Mind, & Spirit 🪷
These are just a handful of the most common symptoms I see in my patients who come to me for Chinese medicine 🌿
What’s wild is a lot of these are just normal life for a lot of people and they don’t even tell me about them right away - I learn about them over time.
Acupuncture obviously helps with all of these, but what if you can’t make it to an acupuncturist, can’t afford it, don’t want to be needled, etc?

The food we eat and the ways we live have the potential to heal us and prevent us from getting sick.

Posture of the Week: Ardha Chandrasana / Half Moon Pose 🌙
Start with your feet together touching and bring your arms over your head
Interlock your fingers and make sure your palms touch (if your elbows bend, that’s ok)
Stretch up and bend side to side a few times to check in with the spine and see how you feel in the moment
Stop in the center, stretch up as high as possible, and bend to the right
❗️Keep your weight in your heels, legs contracted, & stomach pulled in
❗️Keep your hips and shoulders aligned with each other as much as possible (think equidistant from the wall/mirror in front of you)
❗️Keep you chin parallel with the floor (you should be able to see your throat if you have a mirror or breathe easily if no mirror)
❗️Avoid collapsing into the solar plexus or lower back
❗️Avoid backward bending
❗️Only bend as far as feels good to your body with calm breath. It is easy to overdo it in this posture
